• Develop and Manage the Budget: Work with the ministry leaders to create and manage the annual operational budget, ensuring it aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
• Track Income and Expenses: Monitor and track all income (offerings, donations, fundraising, etc.) and expenses (staff salaries, facilities, ministry programs, administrative costs) against the approved budget.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) for the board.
• Communicate Effectively: Regularly communicate financial information to the Executive Director.
• Support Fundraising Efforts: Collaborate with fundraising teams to set goals, track donations, and ensure responsible use of funds raised.

Skills:

• Financial Management and Accounting: Solid understanding of financial management principles, budgeting techniques, and accounting practices.
• Data Analysis and Forecasting: Ability to analyze financial data and develop accurate forecasts for income and expenses.
